He’s our big boss with a big heart. Simone is One Tribe’s founder and a dedicated personal trainer. His holistic approach to fitness incorporates everything you need for a healthier lifestyle — diet, mindset, and exercise rolled into one.
Simone is known for his honesty and attention to detail, along with his unwavering belief in what you can achieve and a strong commitment to your goals. Expect challenging workouts while still having a laugh.

Emma is our resident.
Call us biased, but we count Emma as one of the best female personal trainers in Newcastle. Our resident CrossFit expert, Emma is an energiser bunny at our gym — she just keeps going. And she’s the best motivator you could have. When she’s not helping you smash your goals, Emma is also a sailing instructor.
He may be a national powerlifter but Mark is actually a gentle Smurf. But don’t be fooled: He’ll pick your weak spot and hammer it until it becomes your biggest strength. While he specialises in powerlifting he’s the all-rounder PT you need. Data-driven and precise in his training, he’ll be your biggest challenger and your best supporter.

Cirilla, aka Ciri, is our little spice in the gym. While she’s the laziest working dog you’ll ever meet, she compensates by making you feel welcome on every visit through big kisses and motivational barking. Her role at the gym is to take you through your first orientation and to teach through example — she doesn’t drink, loves running, and lives a healthy (gourmet food only) and balanced (10% working, 90% sleeping) lifestyle.
Tim is like a loveable Labrador (with an appetite to fit!). He’s great at serving people of all ages and sizes and specialises in the kind of movement and flow training you can practise at home too. Tim has a gentle approach and knack for reading people. He’ll know when you’re up for a challenge — and when you’re definitely not.
Guy is a not your classic PT. He’ll create the perfect workout for you, either you want to lose weight or just stay fit while you enjoy your current lifestyle and improve your life quality. Guy is from West NSW, is from so far inland that Mordor seems closer… however, that didn’t stop him from training rugby teams, football and trained general population extensively. On top of that, he is has completed is Degree in Sport Science. Now get to the gym.

Step 1. Fill out the form. We’ll contact you to book in your free PT session. Not sure which personal trainer to choose? We can pair you with a trainer who suits your needs.
Step 2. Join us for a free 30-minute PT consult at our Wickham gym. This is your chance to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit for you.
Step 3: Our MO is simple: Listen. Customise. Activate. Your PT will listen to your needs and create a bespoke fitness program to support your goals, which you can also access online through an app. Anywhere. Any time.
Step 4. It’s time to activate the plan. Join our gym family and create a weekly schedule that suits you.
